ALMA LIGHTING appointed official Australian distributors for TAL LIGHTING

ALMA LIGHTING are excited to announce that they have been appointed the official Australian distributor for TAL LIGHTING, Belgium.

TAL have been manufacturing world-class lighting fixtures since 1992, winning acclaim for their iconic lighting ranges including Black + Gold, and Orbital as a result of their core value of quality.

In 2018, TAL moved into a technologically advanced facility incorporating their switch and control company Lithoss in Pittem, Belgium. Their unique ability to coordinate light fixtures with controls hardware has been welcomed by hotel and hospitality designers worldwide. This new facility has enabled TAL to deliver premier lighting and controls products with reduced lead times at competitive prices.

TAL have invested heavily in future lighting technology and developing groundbreaking products.

" I wanted to design an entirely new and atypical lighting profile, different from all existing ones. It had to be shiny and elegant, but strong as a bull and containing a twist. Thus OSCAR was conceived as an asymmetrical lighting profile, which contains an atypical spinning-possibility. This permits that the profile can be opened at any time, without having to demount the whole profile. The profile can even remain open during the mounting phase in order to make all the necessary electrical connections. This unique spinning possibility together with a world of equipment possibilities and an unlimited range of different types of mounting gears, will eventually make that OSCAR - as an asymmetrical lighting profile - is destined to become a strong player on the functional and design lighting scene."
